Akail has been involved in the real estate industry for 15+ years. After purchasing his first multifamily home while still in college and working in the mental health field, he decided to start his own construction company. With many homeowners also asking him about selling or refinancing because of market vulnerability at the time, he focused on helping people keep their homes and connected them to mortgage brokers who could better their situation. “From that point I grew a passion for helping individuals buy, sell, or refinance. I not only invest in real estate myself because I believe in it so much; I also dedicated my career in residential sales to providing exceptional, reliable service to my clients. I always strive to put their best interest first, and my best foot forward in every transaction.” Akail specializes in Brownsville, Crown Heights, East Flatbush, and other neighborhoods of Brooklyn. He thoroughly educates clients about the market by giving factual evidence and insightful perspective he has acquired over many years.
